The air is thin up here on my soapbox

Scene: 10:30 AM, Friday morning, MBTA Red Line train.  A woman wearing Skechers toning sneakers holds a Wendy's bag, proceeds to remove and gobble up the contents: fries, shake and a hamburger.

This may or may not be what's wrong with America.

    Am I the only one who thinks those Skechers are silly?

    Those Skechers look ridiculous and I heard they are really bad for your feet.
