I love brussels sprouts, but my husband says that they are all the evil of a cabbage, condensed, so I can't cook them around him. It makes me very sad!
Man, that's weird, because I detest cabbage. I think brussels are damn good if roasted in olive oil, salt, pep and a peeeeeench of brown sugar. I imagine they would smell like socks if boiled!

ReplyDeleteI love love love roasted brussel sprouts. But I've never put brown sugar on them...just might have to try that:)
